Devin O’Reilly was born and raised in Washington DC and has deep rooted familial ties to the DC Metro Area. Devin is a third-generation graduate of Gonzaga College High School in downtown Washington. He then went on to graduate college from University of Maryland, College Park with The President’s Scholarship Award.

After a short stint running a small business, Devin joined The Pyne Team in 2016 and hit the ground running in the mortgage industry. His experience as a Loan Officer on The Pyne Team has allowed Devin to cultivate the knowledge and ability needed to assist in all facets of the mortgage process. Problem solving and identifying the most favorable loan terms are just a couple of his strengths

Jennifer Welsh
Senior Loan Coordinator

Jennifer Welsh born and raised in Northern Virginia, attended college at George Mason University. While continuing her education at GMU she began her career as a Mortgage Loan Coordinator. With over eight years of experience, She joined The Pyne Team in 2020 as Senior Loan Coordinator. Jennifer provides our clients with a clear understanding of the loan process and will be your day-to-day resource for any questions you have along the way. She collects and analyzes supporting loan documentation in accordance with federal guidelines. She also handles communication with title companies, real estate agents, appraisers, and other third-party contacts throughout the loan process.

Whether you are buying or refinancing a home, her primary focus is to make sure our clients are educated and confident in the loan process.

Jordyn Reigel
Senior Loan Coordinator

Jordyn Reigel was raised in Hershey, Pennsylvania. After graduating from Millersville University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, Jordyn relocated to Northern Virginia where she started her journey in the mortgage industry. She started on the support side of the business with a position as a Compliance Specialist. This helped her build a strong foundation of knowledge for when she began her career as a Loan Officer Assistant.

After 9 years in the industry, Jordyn joined the Pyne Team as a Senior Loan Coordinator in 2020.  She will be available to answer any questions you may have and will be working closely with you to collect the required documents needed by Underwriting.  Jordyn is also the point of contact for the title companies, realtors, attorneys, appraisers, and any other third-party contacts involved at any point of the loan transaction. Her main goal is to guide you through the home mortgage process with exceptional service and communication.

Helpful Tips:

  • Be sure to list a complete 2 year living and employment history
  • In the income section, it is important that you include all types of income that you receive: base pay, overtime, bonuses, retirement pay, child/spousal support, etc.
  • For financial accounts, list all of your accounts and please specify the type of account. Don’t worry about account numbers. Just fill in the name of the banking institution and the balance.
  • For the liabilities section, only list spousal or child support payments if applicable. Your monthly liabilities will populate directly off of your credit report.
